How it works
- Pick a prompt and write. Daily reflection, gratitude, reframing a worry, setting an intention — then a few honest lines.
- Read your reflection. nornya responds with a short, specific, four-part reflection grounded in Stoic and cognitive-behavioural ideas — never a prediction, never advice.
- Watch it change over time. Every entry is saved to your private timeline, so the change is something you can actually see happen.
Questions
What is nornya?
A private journaling companion. You write a few honest lines under a prompt, and nornya responds with a short, specific reflection — then saves it to your timeline so you can see what changes over time.
Is this therapy?
No. nornya is therapeutic, but it is not therapy, not medical, and not a crisis service. It makes no health claims and gives no diagnoses. It's a calm place to think — nothing more.
Is my writing private?
Yes. Your entries are yours, never sold or shared, and never used to train models. To write a reflection your entry is sent to our AI provider under their API terms; that's it. You can ask us to delete everything any time.
What do I get for free, and what's paid?
Free: write an entry and read the first, strongest part of each reflection, plus your timeline. Paid ($11.99/month or $89/year, after a 3-day free trial): the full four-part reflection on every entry, your complete timeline, and a daily reflection email.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account in one place and keep access until the period you've paid for ends.
Do I have to write a lot?
No. A few honest lines is plenty. nornya works with what you give it.
Who is it for?
Adults who want a steady, private space to reflect, notice patterns, and grow — through daily reflection, gratitude, reframing a worry, or setting an intention.
